Rhythm teaching should be connected with duo playing. The little duos can firstly be recited with rhythm names, clapped and then plucked with left hand pizzicato and later on with arco. They are designed to played by two children or groups (e.g. boys/girls or pupil/teacher). Change the parts around. When repeating these duos, change the tempo.
